We’re here to help! Call us with any questions or concerns before you rent the equipment or start your trip. We’ll be sure to help you out, even if it takes some research on our end, we’re here for you! All your calls will be answered by a real life person, giving real life answers.

We guarantee clean gear, in great condition. Sleeping bags are washed, tents are cleaned, and all our gear is properly taken care of before the next rental! If you don’t trust us, examine your gear before you leave the shop, and if you aren’t happy we’ll replace the product.

We’ll give you a full rundown before your adventure begins. Ask us questions before you’ve rented gear, while you’re preparing for your trip, and when you arrive to pick up your gear. We’ll let you in on some of our best kept secrets, and make sure you’re prepared and comfortable to start your next wilderness adventure! If you get out there and have questions, give us a call. We’ll answer every question you have, and walk you through the necessary steps. If for some reason your gear doesn’t work, full refund on that product!

Want help finding the perfect camping site for your backpacking getaway or next family trip? Here at WAO we will do the research to find a campsite that’s perfect for all your outdoor activities and interests. We charge as $20 site finding fee, and that does not include the campground site rental. Give us a call, let us know what you’re looking for, and we will find you a site that takes your breath away.

We're here to make your trip as easy, and seamless as possible. We’ll do everything we can to help so we'll take most responsibility, but not all of it.


A few things we don’t guarantee…

Be respectful, close up your tent, put things away. If our equipment becomes a chew toy for an animal, or a person for that matter, you’ve just earned yourself a new toy. So take care of our stuff so others can enjoy it as well. You break it, you buy it!

We have no control over the weather, therefore if you get out there, and it’s storming, YOU GOT THIS!! It’s all part of the adventure, and make the very best out of it. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance.

If your car breaks down, and your trip doesn’t happen, sorry we don’t guarantee that, but maybe we can recommend a good mechanic!
