Private Events

The perfect option for family gatherings, weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, corporate events, and large groups on vacation. Private groups will include; the yurt to themselves for a 4 hour time slot, any start time from 11am to 5pm, private time by the intimate fire, park entrance fee, guided hiking adventure, horseback ride or private shuttle can be arranged. Price may be dependent.

PRIVATE EVENT ADD ON OPTIONS:

Music

• 3 hours of live acoustic music performed by a local artist.

  • Cost: $300 + grat

Bar:

• A local bartender & bar options of mixed drinks, beer, and wine.

  • Cost: Prices may vary

Photography

• Hire Jennifer Barnes photography to capture all of your memories, so nobody has to miss being in the shot.

  • Cost: $175 for first 2 hours, $575 for 4 hours of photography minimum of 3 hours. More info here.

Horse Drawn Covered Wagon

• Take a ride in and out of the yurt with Rocky Mountain Outfitter, on a horse drawn covered wagon,

  • Cost: $45 per person, minimum of $675 for carriage.
